Public marketplace information
NestroHub is a marketplace. Information intentionally submitted for a public listing, agent profile, professional profile or supplier profile may be visible to visitors and other users.
Public information may include listing descriptions, photographs, prices, general location information, business details and contact information that you choose or are required to publish as part of a marketplace listing or profile.
You should not publish confidential, unnecessary or sensitive personal information in public listing fields. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to publish information, photographs and other content they submit.

Enquiries and communications
When you contact NestroHub, submit an enquiry or use marketplace communication functionality, we may process your contact details and communication content to respond, provide support, maintain appropriate records and protect the platform.
Where a feature is designed to connect you with a seller, agent, professional, supplier or another marketplace participant, relevant enquiry information may be provided to that participant so the interaction you requested can take place.

Payments and transaction information
NestroHub may provide paid listings, advertising, memberships or other premium services. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. The information processed will depend on the payment method and service being used.
Where a payment provider processes payment credentials directly, its own privacy and security terms may apply. NestroHub may retain transaction references, amounts, statuses, invoices and related records necessary to administer services and maintain appropriate financial records.

NestroHub may rely on third-party infrastructure and providers for functions such as hosting, maps and location services, analytics, email delivery, communications, security and payment processing.
The platform may support technologies such as Google Maps and payment integrations such as PayHere, Stripe or PayPal. Technical support for a provider does not necessarily mean that the provider is active for every user, feature or transaction.
